Services

TrueEdge Paint LLC provides professional painting and related services in the Des Moines, Iowa metropolitan area. All services are subject to a written contract that specifies scope, pricing, timeline, and warranty terms.

Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change after 30 days due to material cost fluctuations. All pricing is in US dollars.

Scheduling and Site Access

Project timing depends on weather conditions, crew availability, material lead times, and site readiness. Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to work areas and for communicating conditions that could affect the project scope, timeline, or surface preparation requirements.

Warranty

TrueEdge Paint provides a 2-year workmanship warranty on all painting projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by moisture infiltration, structural movement, or normal wear and tear.

Website Use

This website is provided for general informational purposes. While we work to keep the content accurate and current, page content does not replace a written estimate, signed agreement, or project-specific warranty language.

Limitation of Liability

TrueEdge Paint's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
